ABOUT ME
I AM ALL HEART WHEN IT COMES TO EXPRESSING VOICE AND VISION.
Discovering talent and creating opportunities to work together brings me tremendous joy. I live on both sides of the fence—translating artistic vision into business impact, and winning over brand leaders, creatives, PR, and even legal (!) to bring something new to life.
My HEART RACES when shaping brand identities, refining systems, and aligning the visuals and language that make the work unforgettable. (Yes, we can test.) I work across functions, negotiate licensing, manage assets and protect the people and paths so the work arrives intact.
What you don't know about me is my bleeding devotion to people with disabilities. I'm hard-wired to break barriers in media, and storytelling, ensuring organizations don't just look good—they do good.
One of my greatest career moments was pitching an interview idea to (now former) CEO of Expedia Group, Peter Kern. My friend/colleague TW recorded a conversation with Mr Kern for tens of thousands of employees, where they talked about service animals, mental health, ableism, and the realities of travel as a blind person. It reinforced why representation isn’t optional—it’s essential.
I also hosted autism superhero Temple Grandin not once but twice, and she stayed an extra day to workshop with our user experience + design teams, offering insights on cognitive and sensory needs to consider when building online and on-the-ground travel experiences.
I co-founded Expedia Group's first disability employee resource group called AIM that’s now over 1500+ members with chapters in a dozen countries and counting. We reformed health benefits, hiring practices, and inspired the Made to Travel Fund, a grant program that supports organizations working to remove barriers for underserved and underrepresented communities to travel globally.
That kind of systems-level clarity is what drives me—and sits at the core of what I now call PUNK GOSPEL®: a body of work, a posture, a calling. It’s about sacred resistance and radical visibility. It’s a registered trademark, yes. But more than that, it’s lived.
I wake up EVERY DAY committed to pushing for equity in creative spaces, and ensuring that visual culture reflects the world we actually live in.
